June Favourites | Tan, Paw Paw & More!

Hello Everyone, today I bring you a post which is a collab with the lovely Tara so make sure to check out her post after mine to see what she has been loving this June! Her blog is amazing. I have included a range of items such as clothing, programmes and music, so not just beauty. I hope you enjoy!

Fake Tan
As a pale person, when summer approaches I want to have a bit of colour to my skin as I will be wearing shorts, tops and dresses. I have only ever used a gradual tanner as I was always scared I would look orange or patchy. Yet, I bought the Cocoa Brown Gentle Bronze and applied it with a sock (sounds crazy but it works) and left it on overnight, when I woke up I looked lovely and brown so would really recommend this. I picked it up on offer for £3.99.

Paw Paw
This was sent to me to review so I will go in to detail in another post, this adds a subtle peachy pink stain to my lips and moisturies them massively.

BB Cream
When its warm, the last thing I want to do is wear foundation so I use BB cream, it adds a really light coverage to even out your skin tone and feels light on the skin. I use the Maybelline Dream Fresh and it makes my skin glow.

Mac Soft and Gentle
I think everyone knows how much I love this highlighter, it will be in my favourites always no doubt! It makes my skin glow and is perfect for a dewy look.

Orange Is the New Black and Pretty Little Liars
PLL is an obvious series choice that a lot of people watch,I will admit it does get boring but the new season is really good. I loved the dollhouse episode! I cannot get over how amazing OITNB is, it is aaaaaammmmaaaazzzziiinngggg and what a cliffhanger :O My favourite character is Suzanne 'Crazy Eyes'.

Music
I love blasting some tunes out of my speaker, my top five favourite songs at the moment are:
Nobody Love- Tori Kelly
Obvs- Jamie xx
V.3005 and Sober-Childish Gambino
Jealous- Nick Jonas
You have to listen to obvs, it's the perfect summer song!

Photography
I love taking all sorts of picture with my camera, especially nature. It has always been a passion.

Polaroids
I ordered some recently, of flowers and quotes. They are really pretty if you peg them up along some bunting, or on fairy lights. I got them from the app Pologram, you can use my code PG6NF9N6 to get £5 to spend, which is 11 prints free with postage and packaging.

Baby Lips Electro in Pink Shock
I don't like Babylips that much anymore but I rekindled a relationship with one of them and love it, juts for a neutral pink lip.

Bliss by Iman Bracelet
I got sent this bracelet which you may have seen in my previous post, I have been wearing it everyday since and it is so pretty and simplistic.

Topshop Black Lace Shorts
I had wanted them forever and sadly they didn't have the right size, less then a year later I saw them and just had to buy them, there are various colours and I got mine in black, they are not extremely short so you can feel comfortable wearing them. I would recommend going two sizes down as they come up really big and the band is extremely stretchy, I would normally go for a size eight but they were massive! They cost £24 so make sure they fit nicely :) I will be featuring these in a summer outfit ideas post soon.

I hope you enjoyed my post, Love Liv xox

Bliss by Iman Bracelet Review

Hello Everyone! Today, I bring you a short review on a gorgeous bracelet that was kindly sent to me to review on my blog. As always, everything I say is completely honest and 100% my own opinion. I hope you enjoy this post!

Bliss by Iman is a jewellery company that sells delicate necklaces and bracelets. They are situated in Vienna and all products are handmade by them! There are a vast range of bracelets and necklaces to choose from, hearts to stars and various colours to pick for the strap. The bracelet arrives in a pink parcel with a bubble wrap lining so your item is fully protected. The bracelet was wrapped beautifully, in white tissue paper with a gold sticker saying thank you.

I chose the Star Bracelet with the Ballet Slipper Pink thread, it retails for 11 Euros which is about £7.86, in my opinion a bargain for such a high quality product. It comes on a card, with a heart cutout and ribbon at the top. To be honest, the way the jewellery is packaged is so simplistic and I love it, the main focus is on your product and it looks really proffesional. On the website the description states 'Your Bliss bracelet will follow you through crazy adventures and many happy days. You can style it as you want and wear it all the time.' I love how positive each description is and it is true you can wear this with anything at any occasion. Perfect as an everyday piece, or as a subtle statement for any event.
It comes with a business card, with their contact details and their social media. Overall, I adore this bracelet, I love how simple yet beautiful it is, I am incredibly grateful to have been sent this and I love it so will be wearing it everyday. I definitely recommend you check out there website here! I hope you enjoyed this post, don't forget to follow me on Bloglovin and Instagram. Love, Liv xox

High End Favourites- Benefit, Mac and More | Collab

Hello Everyone! Today I am bringing you a collab with the lovely Chloe, her post is on drugstore favourites so go give that a read after mine. Chloe's blog is beautiful and I am thrilled to be collabing with her! I am going to be bringing you my high end favourites, I have selected some items that I love and want to share with you. I hope you enjoy.

1. Mac Matchmaster Foundation

I haven't used a lot but it sure is good!
A little goes a long way.
I got bought this for my birthday last year, when selecting a foundation I told the makeup artist that I did not want a heavy foundation but one that was light on the skin with a natural finish. Mine is the shade 1.0 which is the lightest, it does have a slight yellow undertone but when you have all your makeup on it goes unnoticeable. This foundation contains SPF 15, I prefer foundations with protection from the sun but obviously flashback is a problem for some when pictures are taken. This foundation is my holy grail when I want a full coverage look, without being cakey and thick on the skin. They have a range of shades suitable for everyone. The only downside is it smells like paint, at first I hated it but now I just put the scent aside as I am used to it.

2. Mac Soft and Gentle Highlighter

It's so pretty!
This was another birthday gift and one that is much loved! This highlighter will compliment any skintone and finish off a look perfectly. It also lasts a really long time, I have owned it for around 6 months now and it has not flattened out so it is well worth the money. I wear this everyday for a subtle glow and this highlighter goes hand in hand with a dewy foundation. There are other shades of the Mineralize Skin Finishes so finding a colour you love is easy. This highlighter is raved about and if you test it out you will see why! This can also double up as an eyeshadow.

3. Urban Decay Naked 3

A palette that everyone raves about, 12 shades of rose-hued neutrals that are suitable for everyone. I have very pale skin and find this eyeshadow palette suits it fabulously. You can get any look out it, an everyday eye to a smokey one. My favourite combination is burnout and buzz on the lid with nooner or liar in the crease. These palletes are expensive but a long lasting investment. I bought this with Christmas money and don't regret it one bit.

4. Benefit Browzings

This brow set comes complete with a wax, powder, two brushes and a pair of tweezers. This has been in my possession for two years now and I still have a lot of brow wax and have only hit pan recently on the powder. You can get a subtle, natural brow or a big and bold one. This kit allows you to create the brow you like and I believe comes in 3 shades. I have light.
5. YSL Rouge Volupte Lipstick

I have owned this lipstick for many years and was bought it for my 10th birthday as a very special treat, I had never owned anything as luxurious as this and so naturally
did not use it, left it sitting on my shelf and occasionally gazed it with awe. I am glad I made this decision because now I am older, I can fully appreciate it and wear it on special occasions. Mine is in the shade 29 and I believe this particular colour is discontinued now. It is a lovely pink, not too vibrant and not sheer atall. The gold packaging tops off just how beautiful this product really is.

That concludes my high end favourites, I hope you all enjoyed the post and let me know your favourite product in the comments below. I have some more posts plaanned and have really got back into writing for my blog. Don't forget to follow me on Bloglovin and Instagram! Love Liv xox

That Time of The Month Again? Pink Parcel Review

Today, I bring you a post about that dreaded time where we suffer with a period. Except this post is completely positive because I have found something that makes your period a lot easier. It is a subscription box! That is right, there is a subscription service for your period. The box comes from the angelic Pink Parcel who kindly sent me this box to review on my blog. This is my first post on here where I have been sent a product to review, I am going to put the disclaimer out there, that I am not being paid to say this and everything you will read is my honest opinion. I hope you enjoy this post!

About the box

There are two parcels available to subscribe to, you can choose the Teen Parcel or the Pink Parcel. The Teen Parcel is aimed for 11-15 year olds as it includes items such as spot treatments and teen beauty. The Pink Parcel is aimed for an older audience as it could contain anything from a hair supplement to an anti-ageing cream! You can choose tampons or sanitary towels and when signing up you can select which of those you want to be sent each month. Your first box costs £5.95 and from then on will be £9.99 each month. It will come before your period is due so you have all the products ready. As you are about to see, it is well worth it!

The items are packaged beautifully, it comes with 3 boxes and a pouch. The pouch contains sanitary towels (or tampons depending on choice) for you to place in your bag discreetly. There is box containing more sanitary towels for later on and then there are longer ones for at nighttime. Lets just say, you won't run out of supplies.

Then there is a box with all the products in and I was amazed at how many items you got and it really did put a smile on my face.

With every parcel, you get a chocolate bar and this was the Divine Dark Chocolate Caramel bar.

There was also a nail polish from O.P.I in the shade I Love Applause, a gorgeous baby pink that I put on my nails straight away. I love how in this box you get some full size products, normally subscription boxes give you samples so Pink Parcel have nailed it! (No pun intended)

Then there was a Paw Paw Papaya balm, I have tried Paw Paw lip balms before and they are amazing. This balm can be used for your lips, hands and irritated skin. It is extremely moisturising.

There was also a Tea Pigs tea which was a chocolate flake tea, personally I didn't like it but I guess it depends on everyone's preferences, there was some hairbands and a 7 day trial for a hair and nail supplement.

Overall, this box is a brilliant idea, you get everything you need for your period, along with some treats to cheer you up. Thank you once again Jayne from Pink Parcel for sending me this. If you want to subscribe to the box or find out more about them click here, you can see what it is in the June box if you are thinking of trialing it (I got sent March's one, I believe.) Don't forget to follow me on Instagram and Bloglovin to keep updated when I post.
